The inventor named on this patent is Dr. Frank Quick, TRABUS Senior Scientist. As a subject matter expert in signal processing and a pioneer of wireless technology, Dr. Quick has over 25 years of experience in cellular standards and communications engineering. Dr. Quick was a major contributor to the IS95 CDMA standard and has extensive experience in satellite communications and cryptography.
